The Crusher dries hay faster than factory rolls, while fully flattening and conditioning the entire stem with minimal leaf loss. Retain nutrients in the plant for a higher RFV (Relative Feed Value) and make softer, more palatable hay. our proprietary rubber compound allows for longer wear and softer hay. Do NOT overtighten the rollers. Overtightening may result in shaft failure and equipment damage.
If required nuts/bushings are not installed before installing the rollers, the warranty will be voided.
Crusher rolls may not show the same visible crimp as factory rolls; this is normal. Do not tighten further to compensate.
If resistance increases significantly or threads bottom out, stop immediately and reset tension.
