B&D Rollers has been offering steel and rubber industrial rollers and reconditioning services for various industries since 1987. We can provide custom solutions, including designing a product for a specific application or determining the correct compound for a roller. The rollers are perfect for a variety of applications, including woodworking, agriculture, food service, conveyor and packaging, and converting.
We use the finest flexible elastomer compounds in our manufacturing process and can remove old rubber, resurface, and refurbish rollers with new rubber for general applications. We pride ourselves on quality, service, and timely production. Rush orders are accommodated depending on quantity and materials of the roller production.
Materials
Choosing the right materials for your rollers, including the core and any coatings or coverings, can be challenging. The material must be durable, able to withstand harsh environments and high loads, and provide the necessary friction for the roller to function effectively

Our facility is designed to handle custom orders, and we are capable of producing rollers to a wide variety of specifications. Our quality control team conducts regular checks and inspections throughout the production process to ensure that each roller meets the required standards for quality, performance, and durability. ROLLER REPAIR
We take an old worn-out roller and manufacture new or repair your existing roll. With our CNC capabilities, welding, rubber applications, grooving and balancing, we’ll repair your roller to its original state.
